Job Description

  • Attends to the concerns of customers and serves as the frontliner for the camera repair and service center
  • Assists the customer by asking them to fill - out repair form, interview the customer regarding the problem/s Encountered with their unit and manage complaints by explaining to the customer the possible reason for the encountered problem.
  • Encode all the details in the repair form to SAP to be able to generate Service Notification
  • All receive units for repair that have been encoded to SAP will be forwarded to the Camera Engineer/ Technician for checking.
  • He/she will be responsible for monitoring the status of repair so that she may give proper feedback to customers who are asking for status updates etc.
  • Answering of daily E- mails
  • Answering of Phone Calls
  • Accepting Units for Repair sent via Courier/Grab/Lalamove
  • On a daily basis he/she will also attend to units being sent by Customer via courier, grab or lalamove
  • He/she will process payment of customers via bank transfer, cash, or credit card payments.
  • Issuance of official receipt to customer
  • Processing invoice via SAP to close the transaction
