Organizational Development Manager
- Deploys and maintains the performance management system of the organization and ensures that employee coaching and scorecard deployment targets are met
- Develops, delivers and assesses the end to end OD operations of cross companies and locations:
- New Hire Training(Culture, Values,Habits + GenericProcess and Tools)
- Training, upskilling andcross trainingof employees includes but not limited to:
- Agile project management
- Business Ethics
- Coaching
- Leadership
- People, Program, Project and Strategic Management, etc.
- Sales and Negotiation, Customer Service, etc.
- Career Management and Succession Planning
- Workforce digitalization
- Agile employee
- Excel training: basic and advanced
- Creates workforce dashboard for affiliate companies:
- Employee coaching
- Employee scorecards
- Employee productivity
- Coaches the managers and officers
- Performs talent assessment: leadership versus management performance of the managers and officers
- Maintains and updates the duties and responsibilities for all job types
