
Training and Strategic OD Specialist

The Training and Strategic OD Specialist is responsible for and will be involved in the following:
Training
- Co-development of end-user training materials (manuals, job aids, quick reference guides).
- Coordination and management of training schedules across workstreams.
- Supports "Train the Trainer" sessions and end-user enablement programs.
- Conducts training feedback collection and analyze learning effectiveness.
- Provides support in aligning training design with OD frameworks and company culture.
Organizational Development
- Supports the conduct of change readiness and stakeholder impact assessments.
- Tracks and reports user adoption metrics, feedback, and pulse checks.
- Develops and manages dashboards on adoption, performance, and engagement.
- Recommends process improvement initiatives aligned with SAP-enabled workflows.
Education
- College degree any social science/business/Industrial Engineering course.
Experience
- 1 year work experience in HR training and OD.
- Open to fresh graduates
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate
- Instructional design and curriculum development
- Data analysis and learning impact evaluation
- Communication and facilitation support
- Process mapping and documentation
- Metrics tracking, reporting, and adoption monitoring
- Stakeholder engagement and communication planning
