Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will research prospects, build targeted lead lists, execute multi-channel outreach, and set qualified meetings for the U.S. sales team. You'll help expand international pipelines through strategic prospecting, accurate CRM tracking, and collaborative alignment with marketing and operations teams.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM (PH Time), Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati/Ortigas

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of SDR or lead generation experience in B2B, logistics, or SaaS
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Strong English
  • B2B Logistics / SaaS background
  • HubSpot / Apollo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience

Your Daily Tasks

  • Prospect and qualify new U.S. customers for freight forwarding, customs, and SaaS services
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, and light calling)
  • Set discovery meetings and demos for the U.S. sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and lead notes
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams

Performance Expectations

  • 50-70 qualified outbound touches per day (email + LinkedIn)
  • 5-8 booked meetings per week for the U.S. sales team
