About the Role

We are urgently hiring a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist with strong experience in MarTech or AdTech. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for our sales team. You will play a critical role in building our pipeline and accelerating our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential leads within our target markets (MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, eCommerce, etc.)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and social channels
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and fit
  • Set meetings/appointments for the sales team and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead quality
  • Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings booked
  • Stay updated on MarTech/AdTech trends and competitor solutions
  • Support sales campaigns and outreach initiatives

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing platforms, or related technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and hitting weekly targets
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong research skills and ability to understand client pain points
  • Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently
  • A plus: experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools
