Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and setting appointments that fuel the sales pipeline. You'll play a key role in connecting clients to financial solutions that make a difference.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (10 AM - 6 PM EST), Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, within the financial services, Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), or business development fields.
  • Open to candidates with strong B2B or outbound sales experience in related industries such as banking, lending, or fintech.
  • Proven success in building client relationships, managing leads, and converting prospects into customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand financial products and confidently present tailored solutions to clients.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Copper) and sales engagement tools such as JustCall or similar multi-line dialers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple sales pipelines effectively.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and driven to achieve or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Contact and qualify prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives and account managers to ensure seamless handoff and support of qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of leads, prospects, and activities within CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments to provide relevant insights during prospecting.
  • Provide regular status updates and activity reports to sales management.
