Job Title: Sales Representative (Luzon Area)

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

No. of Vacancies: 10–15 Positions

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products to clients within assigned territories across Luzon. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. Candidates are not required to have a dental background, but prior sales experience in any industry will be an advantage.

The company aims to assign representatives close to their place of residence for convenience and to ensure efficient territory coverage.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell the company's products to existing and potential customers within the assigned area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and field visits to potential clients.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Territory Management

  • Manage and cover the assigned Luzon territory efficiently.
  • Plan and execute daily field activities, including client visits, follow-ups, and product promotions.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and documentation.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, product trainings, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales (any industry — FMCG, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, etc.)
  • No dental background required, but familiarity with dental or healthcare products is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated
  • Willing to travel within assigned territories across Luzon
  • Must be trustworthy, proactive, and results-driven
  • With own motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage (but not required)

Compensation & Benefits:

Daily Rate: ₱ per day

Plus Commissions & Incentives based on performance and sales achievements

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Various areas in Luzon (assigned near place of residence whenever possible)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php850.00 per day
