Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the fine dining kitchen team
- Ensure consistency and quality of dishes
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety standards and stock procedures
- Manage food cost controls
- Manage kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team.
Qualifications:
- College graduate preferably with a degree in BS-HRM, Culinary or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5 years working experience in practical culinary expertise
- Preferably with fine dining experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
