Your Key Contributions:
- As a Sales Support Staff for the Sales team, your main responsibility will be to manage customer accounts, processing sales orders, generating leads, and assisting sales account managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agreements, billing details, and interconnection data to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

- Completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, office management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administrative support within the telecommunications industry.
- Work experience as a sales support or admin support of at least one (1) year.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
