Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Makati. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and assisting in coordinating sales activities. The Sales Assistant will also engage with clients, providing customer service and addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Organization Skills
  • Proven ability in Sales
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing various tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage
