Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales department and Marketing department in order to contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives. This position combines administrative precision with creative flair ideal for someone who is creative and structured.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Supervisor in managing client accounts, preparing reports, and tracking sales performance
Coordinate order processing, invoicing, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations
Maintain and update CRM systems, sales documentation, and internal databases
Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and sales-related events
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely communication and execution of sales activities
Graphic Design & Marketing Support
Create visually appealing marketing materials, social media graphics, and promotional content to support sales campaigns
Design presentations, brochures, flyers, and banners aligned with the company's branding guidelines
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital and offline promotional initiatives
Ensure all visual materials are accurate, professional, and engaging
Assist in updating website visuals and digital assets when needed
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Art or in any field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Background in Graphic Design
Willing to be trained when it comes to sales
FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
