Key Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in clients with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
  • Host or co-host live selling sessions on social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Manage inventory, product tagging, restocking, and displays
  • Support virtual merchandising by curating and styling products for online listings
  • Provide prompt and professional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation, campaigns, and product shoots
  • Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to company standards
  • Participate in brand events, pop-ups, and collaborations

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or live selling preferred
  • Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Social-media savvy (knowledge of TikTok Shop, IG Live, or FB Live is a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferably residing near Quezon City or Mandaluyong
