Basic Job Functions:

  • 1) Reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • 2) Assists in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies across business units.
  • 3) Supervises daily sales activities and monitors achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • 4) Prepare sales reports, competitor updates, and market summaries.
  • 5) Assists in the creation of marketing collateral and digital campaigns.
  • 6) Monitors customer accounts, addresses client concerns, and ensures timely delivery of services.
  • 7) Coordinates with logistics, technical, and finance departments for efficient order processing.
  • 8) Train and guide junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
  • 9) Maintains updated knowledge of company products, specifications, and market developments.
  • 10) Provide assistance with other sales and marketing functions as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Experience in coatings, inks, chemicals, manufacturing, trading or related industries is an advantage.
  • Worked as Sales and Marketing in a chemical industry.

  • Demonstrated success in sales execution, account management, and customer relations.

  • Knowledge in sales operations, market development, and promotional activities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Strong skills in reporting, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic sales plans.

  • Effective leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to supervise a sales team.

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.

  • Willing to travel locally as business requires.
  • Must be able to drive both manual and automatic 4-wheel vehicles with a valid driver's license.
