Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Team with preparing quotations, proposals, bid documents and sales documents.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and tracking sheets.
  • Follow up with clients on pending requirements, payments, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and monthly performance summaries.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
