JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Assistant supports brand visibility and subscriber engagement by assisting in campaigns, preparing marketing materials, coordinating events, and providing after-sales support to affiliates. The role also involves managing premium items, conducting presentations, hosting events, and contributing to media tie-ups and market research.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report directly to ARMS Manager.
  • Provide after-sales service to existing affiliates, which includes monthly EPGs and program updates, allocation of premium items, to support subscriber-based activities.
  • Prepare marketing collaterals for cable systems, walk-in clients, sales travels and on-ground events.
  • Download, edit and distribute monthly EPGs, programming highlights, press releases, etc. via email to the affiliates.
  • Assist in facilitating and coordinating printing of collateral and production of premium items for subscribers' promotional activities, which includes scouting of merchandising and negotiating with the suppliers.
  • Monitor the production of marketing collateral (premium items, banners, brochures, etc.)
  • Scout local sponsors and media tie-ups for Cable BOSS events.
  • Participate in market research undertakings such as telemarketing, data gathering, input and processing.
  • Monitor, compile, summarize and distribute cable-related articles and content articles.
  • Recommend topics for the annual cable service marketing workshop.
  • Conduct program presentation.
  • Custodian of premium items and maintains stockroom space for marketing collateral.
  • Host corporate events.
  • Other tasks may be assigned by the ARMS Manager and AVP for network distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Experience: At least 6 months of experience in marketing, including event management and client coordination.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
  • Basic Knowledge in using graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and CANVA)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
