We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing client accounts, processing order, and providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen interest in sales and customer relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations, as well as providing basic product information to the customer on behalf of the sales team.
  • Coordinate with sales team and warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Monitor customer accounts for pending payments and support in follow-ups with the Credit and Collections team.
  • Support in planning and executing sales promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration work (preferably in an industrial or automotive sector).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
