WE ARE HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR OPERATIONS
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a growing team? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for Operations who can provide vital support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Department and Area Operations Officers
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational activities, projects, and initiatives
- Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items
- Maintain and organize operational records, documentation, and reports
- Assist with inventory management, procurement, and vendor communications
- Support the onboarding and training of new operational staff (materials prep & session coordination)
- Act as a liaison with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- With a proactive, can-do attitude and strong sense of responsibility
