WE ARE HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR OPERATIONS

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a growing team? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for Operations who can provide vital support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Department and Area Operations Officers
  • Assist in the planning and execution of operational activities, projects, and initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items
  • Maintain and organize operational records, documentation, and reports
  • Assist with inventory management, procurement, and vendor communications
  • Support the onboarding and training of new operational staff (materials prep & session coordination)
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • With a proactive, can-do attitude and strong sense of responsibility
