Job Overview:

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and assist in day-to-day activities across departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and possesses strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Submit orders in Easy Vend from customers via email and phone

  • Ensure regular customers are ordering by phone or email

  • Send orders to the Depot for picking

  • Respond to customer questions and refer complaints to manager

  • Maintain the Easy Vend database

  • Ensure drivers delivery is checked off on sign-on-glass

  • Ensure strong customer service with all customer contact points

  • Record issues and communicate with drivers or management

  • Maintain certificate files and personnel files

  • Basic bookkeeping

  • Other administrative tasks as directed

You're a step ahead if you have:

  • Strong English written and verbal skills

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience

  • High attention to detail

  • Data Entry

  • Well organized and able to meet deadlines

  • Can work without direct supervision and guidance

  • XERO experience is a plus

  • Good communicator

  • Strong desire for job
