The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive operational and strategic support to the business development team. This entry-level role is crucial for assisting in organizing sales campaign and serving as a first line of contact for leads. A successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and an excellent communicator with an interest in business growth and client relations. They must handle confidential information with discretion and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support

  • Assist in the research and analysis of market trends, potential partners, and new business opportunities.
  • Help prepare and format pitches, quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for clients and partners.
  • Coordinate and track business development activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Help generate basic sales reports and track performance metrics.
  • Assist in organizing sales campaigns, product launches, or client events.

Project and Task Management

  • Monitor and follow up on key projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings or product demos.
  • Create and maintain organized filing systems for contracts, client data, and other essential documents.

Communication

  • Serve as the gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications (emails, calls, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely communication and documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: No prior experience needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a quick learner with new software.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • A genuine interest in business development and a desire to grow.

Work Setup: Onsite (I.T. Park, Cebu City), Shifting schedule
