QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Architecture, Interior Design or any related courses
  • With at least three (3) years of experience in the 3D industry, preferably with exposure to real estate, architecture, or related fields
  • Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software
  • Knowledgeable in texturing, lighting, animation, and post-production using Adobe tools
  • Possesses strong project management, collaboration, and attention to detail skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

D Visualization & Rendering

  • Creates high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and virtual tours
  • Develops exterior, interior, and aerial visuals ensuring consistency with brand identity

Technical Expertise

  • Utilizes and troubleshoots visualization software and tools
  • Monitors industry trends and adopts emerging AI-powered, Virtual Reality (VR) / Augmented Reality (AR), and real-time rendering technologies.

Project Coordination & Collaboration

  • Collaborates with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to translate design concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Aligns visual deliverables with project objectives, branding, and client requirements.
  • Supports client and internal presentations through effective visual storytelling and animation outputs.

Innovation & Process Improvement

  • Implements new visualization techniques and software applications.
  • Explores interactive and immersive presentation methods to enhance project engagement.
  • Develops and recommends process improvements to boost productivity and creative output
