Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or related field

· years of professional experience in multimedia design and content creation

·       Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

·       Strong skills in 2D and 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya)

·       Experience with video production, editing, and post-production workflows

·       Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography

·       Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) and responsive design principles

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with motion capture technology and advanced animation techniques

·       Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software

·       Knowledge of AR/VR content creation and immersive media technologies

·       Experience with interactive media development and game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine)

·       Background in photography and videography

·       Understanding of audio production and sound design

·       Experience with content management systems and digital asset management platforms

Essential Software:

·       Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

·       Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D software

·       Video editing and color grading tools

·       Audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools)

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency

·       Strong editing and composition skills.

·       Strong layout and visual hierarchy skills, with an eye for balance, spacing, and alignment.

·       Proven ability to design clean, structured, and professional visual compositions across digital and print formats.

·       Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and grid systems, particularly in enterprise branding.

·       Proficiency in industry-standard software (Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)

·       Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling

·       Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques

·       Familiarity with various file formats and compression standards

·       Basic understanding of web technologies and social media platforms
