Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience or internship in video editing, production, or multimedia content creation.
  • Portfolio demonstrating video editing and basic motion graphics work.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to APPLY

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and related tools.
  • Basic understanding of video composition, lighting, framing, and color correction.
  • Knowledge of audio syncing, cutting, sequencing, and rendering workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Production Support:

  • Assist in editing video projects under the direction of the Multimedia Video Specialist or Creative Lead.
  • Handle basic video enhancements such as trimming, transitions, subtitles, and sound adjustments.
  • Support in setting up and organizing raw footage, audio files, and project assets.
  • Help with on-site or studio shoots when needed, including setup, lighting, and equipment preparation.

Motion Design & Graphics:

  • Create simple motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and animated elements based on templates or guidance.
  • Assist in rendering, formatting, and optimizing video outputs for different platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all motion content.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to meet project timelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative suggestions.
  • Take direction constructively and contribute to refining video outputs.

File Management & Quality Control:

  • Maintain organized file structures and archives for all video projects.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on exported files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Document and track version control for ongoing video edits.

Learning & Development:

  • Stay updated with current trends in video editing, motion design, and multimedia production.
  • Actively learn from senior team members and apply feedback to improve creative output.
  • Explore tools and workflows that enhance productivity and visual storytelling.
