The HR Supervisor will be working on the HR needs of their assigned brand and will manage a team to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares materials needed for recruitment and hiring.

  • Posts, monitors, and updates job postings as necessary.

  • Follows-up and coordinates the status of on-boarding applicants.

  • Maintains and updates the employee databases.

  • Transacts with government offices regarding benefits and requirements of employees such as, SSS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG, and T.I.N.

  • Creates memorandum according to format and facts

  • Monitors and updates 201 files as needed

  • Assists employees and applicants to fill-out related forms or documents when needed

  • Facilitates and handles case investigation to closure

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of four-year related course (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Administration, etc.)

  • Good written and oral communication skills both in English and Filipino

  • Preferably with at least 3 years' experience as a generalist in an officer or supervisory level.

  • Willing to work on-site at Timog, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
