Position Title: HR Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a key point of contact for employees and will handle a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience.
  • Prepare and manage new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and performance evaluation forms.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, leaves, and new hire information.
  • Help with the administration of employee benefits and liaise with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) as needed.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and questions.
  • Support the organization of company events and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:

-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

-A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
