Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for various sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop, test, and continuously optimize sales scripts to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates and contact rates.
  • Provide floor support, including sales coaching and motivational training as needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance teams to identify training gaps and opportunities.
  • Perform training needs analysis (TNA) and deliver refresher training based on operational requirements and performance trends.
  • Design and deliver customized training modules in response to escalations, root cause analyses (RCA), or specific requests from operations.
  • Provide training insights and recommendations during the pre-launch phase of campaigns to ensure preparedness from a learning perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed at least two years of college education.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a sales coaching or training role within the BPO industry, supporting diverse sales campaigns.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience as an inbound or outbound sales agent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Confident, persuasive, and assertive in both individual and group settings.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles, learning outcomes, training needs analysis (TNA), root cause analysis (RCA), and the ADDIE instructional design model.
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams effectively.
  • Capable of exercising sound judgment and mentoring others.
  • Results-oriented, detail-focused, and methodical in approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
  • Strong technical literacy, including familiarity with operating systems and online platforms.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team performance.
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience is required.
