Sales Coach

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for various sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop, test, and continuously optimize sales scripts to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates and contact rates.
- Provide floor support, including sales coaching and motivational training as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance teams to identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Perform training needs analysis (TNA) and deliver refresher training based on operational requirements and performance trends.
- Design and deliver customized training modules in response to escalations, root cause analyses (RCA), or specific requests from operations.
- Provide training insights and recommendations during the pre-launch phase of campaigns to ensure preparedness from a learning perspective.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least two years of college education.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a sales coaching or training role within the BPO industry, supporting diverse sales campaigns.
- At least two years of hands-on experience as an inbound or outbound sales agent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Confident, persuasive, and assertive in both individual and group settings.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, learning outcomes, training needs analysis (TNA), root cause analysis (RCA), and the ADDIE instructional design model.
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams effectively.
- Capable of exercising sound judgment and mentoring others.
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, and methodical in approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
- Strong technical literacy, including familiarity with operating systems and online platforms.
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team performance.
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience is required.
