Your Key Role

As a Sales Manager, you will:

· Lead & Coach – Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve property sales goals.

· Strategize for Success – Develop and implement effective sales plans based on market trends and data insights.

· Drive Performance – Set team and individual targets, monitor results, and provide regular coaching and feedback.

· Analyze the Market – Stay ahead of supply, demand, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

· Build Relationships – Nurture strong client connections to create new opportunities and lasting partnerships.

· Ensure Compliance – Oversee transactions to meet real estate regulations and ethical standards.

· Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with marketing and other departments to support campaigns and promotions.

What We're Looking For

· Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar leadership role.

· Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.

· In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, sales processes, and industry trends.

· Business acumen in sales planning, financial analysis, and budgeting.

· A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
