  • Address area-related concerns and communicate updates to the Regional Manager.
  • Develop and recommend market expansion strategies and potential dealer networks.
  • Monitor Yamaha's sell-out performance compared to competitors.
  • Submit regular reports on area operations, concerns, and improvement plans.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing (motorcycle industry experience an advantage).
  • Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Motorcycle enthusiast preferred.
  • Strong background in field sales, team supervision, and client relations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and social media management.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends or holidays when required (with additional pay per DOLE guidelines).
