  • Conduct in-field assessments of sales and support staff to evaluate practical application of product knowledge, identify gaps, and provide targeted coaching.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align training initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Allied courses (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy) preferred.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in product training, preferably in medical devices or healthcare-related products.
  • Exposure to facilitation, technical teaching, or sales training is a plus.
