THE OPPORTUNITY
Our partner is a specialist insurance brokerage, renowned for delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions. With a strong presence across Australia, they serve a diverse client base from thriving businesses to individual homeowners and are now expanding their operations in the Manila office

They are currently seeking a
Broker Support
professional to join their growing Manila team. In this role, you will support the Account Manager and wider team by handling renewals, endorsements, and new business policies, all while ensuring exceptional service and strict adherence to compliance standards.

This role is full onsite during probation and will transition to a hybrid setup after. You'll be based in the ASW BGC office, working Australian hours (8 AM to 5 PM), with 3 days onsite and 2 days from home post-probation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in managing and implementing insurance programs.
  • Handle recommendations, administrative tasks, and respond to inquiries.
  • Adhere to timelines, systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Organize pre-renewal documentation.
  • Manage quotes, renewals, endorsements, and new business using Insight and Salesforce.
  • Follow set formats for policies and quotes.
  • Prepare renewal reports for commercial clients.
  • Establish and manage web-based forms.
  • Keep client reports and documentation updated and filed timely.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration/Commerce/Accounting/Finance preferred
  • 3-5 years as a Broker Assistant/Support with commercial lines experience in Australian general insurance or broking
  • Tier 2 or Tier 1 Insurance qualification is desirable
  • Proficiency in Insight, Salesforce, Office Suite, Adobe, etc.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to execute processes accurately and efficiently
  • Experience with offshore teams is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
