RESPONSIBILITIES


• Deliver exceptional service and maintain a high level of professionalism when assisting brokers via chat and phone, in line with service standards and guidelines.


• Respond to broker inquiries related to mortgage products through multiple channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence.


• Promote and enforce credit and operational best practices across the team to uphold quality and consistency.


• Effectively manage risk by ensuring adherence to policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.


• Deliver exemplary service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a consistently high standard of support.


• Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the loan application process, including accurate handling of contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing information.


• Ensure all external communications meet the company's quality standards and reflect the company's commitment to professionalism and excellence.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Minimum of (2) years of Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre environment
  • Experience in Mortgages, Credit/Assessments and Settlements will be an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
