Duties and Responsibilities:


Loan & Client Support

  • Manage end-to-end loan application processing for Australian borrowers
  • Collect, verify, and upload client documents
  • Liaise with banks, credit assessors, and third parties
  • Handle post-settlement processes and documentation
  • Maintain CRM and digital finance platforms


Business and Admin Support

  • Manage emails, calendars, and client data
  • Prepare compliance documents and audit files
  • Support daily operations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Manage basic social media tasks and email marketing

What we're looking for:

o Proven experience supporting Australian finance brokers or credit professionals (an advantage)

o Strong understanding of Australian lending, banking, or mortgage operations

o Skilled in using CRMs (SalesTrekker, ApplyOnline, etc.), Microsoft 365, and cloud-based tools

o Excellent in resolving critical matters with clients and various stakeholders

o Strong English communication skills – written and verbal

o Flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
