About the role

Join the fast-paced and dynamic team at JL Finance as an Australian Broker Support. This is a full-time WFH role but preferably the ideal candidate will be based in Manila. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Australian mortgage brokers, ensuring their needs are met and their businesses thrive.What you'll be doing

Liaise with Australian mortgage brokers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions

Process mortgage applications and assist brokers through the entire loan origination process

Collaborate with our underwriting team to ensure timely and efficient application approvals

Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to brokers on the status of their applications

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the broker experience

Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry

Ability to work independently as a remote role, but also proactive in staying connected with the team

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with brokers

Proficiency in using mortgage software and CRM systems (Infynity experience ideal)An understanding of Australian mortgage market and regulations

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
