Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and send professional proposal emails for residential and commercial finance.
  • Complete residential servicing affordability assessments for lenders.
  • Provide aftercare for existing clients, including equity reviews and property revaluations.
  • Manage and respond promptly to client and lender emails.
  • Research and provide accurate interest rate pricing for new and existing clients.
  • Manage broker portals and ensure accurate application submissions (within two hours for straightforward deals).
  • Post engaging social media content (content provided).
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to support strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in a finance-broker environment (broker firm experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of broker portals and affordability assessments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with ability to take initiative during quiet periods.
  • Social media management experience is a plus.
