Evoke Capital is an owner operated finance brokerage specialising in helping Self-Employed, High Net Worth and Investors achieve financial freedom. As the business is growing, we are currently seeking an exceptional Broker Support officer to join our team. This is a rare and unique opportunity to work with one of the best Mortgage Brokers in Australia.

The Role:

· Process loan applications supplied by Mortgage Broker

· Complete document verification, valuation ordering and pricing requests

· Work closely with admin support members on the preparation of loan applications

· Manage the loan application from preparation, lodgement, loan approval and through to settlement

· Liaise with bank assessors, BDMs legal professionals and clients

· Full-time, work from home position.

The Candidate:

· Must have a minimum of 2 years loan processing experience (as a loan processor)

· Must possess strong attention to detail and is highly organised.

· Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in a high-pressure busy environment

· An understanding of lending practices, loan structures and familiar with lenders and processes

· Ability to think proactively and problem solve

· Ability to interpret a set of financial statements, tax returns and Business Group Structure

· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

· Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

· Salestrekker software experience is desirable, but not essential

· Property investment knowledge is desirable, but not essential
