We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strategic mindset and a creative edge to lead and execute digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly marketing plans and content calendars
  • Lead seasonal campaigns and local event strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints

Social Media

  • Manage content and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Plan and publish Reels and short-form videos
  • Build and nurture community partnerships and online engagement

Content & Design

  • Create branded graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Organize and manage digital brand assets and visual libraries

Email Marketing

  • Manage and deploy campaigns via Mailchimp, Flodesk, or Klaviyo
  • Build automations, segment and clean lists, and monitor performance metrics

Digital Advertising

  • Plan and execute Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
  • Optimize ad performance for ROI and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable performance reports

Website & Listings

  • Keep website content up to date and aligned with current promotions
  • Optimize online listings (Google Business, Yelp, etc.)
  • Monitor online reviews and support reputation strategies

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs across all digital channels
  • Deliver monthly reporting with performance insights and strategic recommendations

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate closely with ownership and the events team
  • Support influencer outreach, local collaborations, and promotional launches

Requirements:

  • Expert in using Hubspot
  • Has Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management
  • Proficient in Canva, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills and a solid understanding of content strategy
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php88,000.00 per month
