About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can execute across channels and drive growth through data-driven, creative digital marketing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves testing ideas, and wants to help build a global brand in the travel and experiences space.
You'll manage campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and social, as well as coordinate influencer and content initiatives. You'll report directly to the CMO and play a hands-on role in executing and analyzing results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across SEM, display & paid social.
- Recruit & manage existing and new affiliates.
- Manage SEO efforts including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives.
- Build and analyze reports using GA4, turning insights into action.
- Support CRO efforts through testing and performance tracking.
Email & CRM
- Oversee campaign setup, segmentation, and automation flows (Mailchimp or similar).
- Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Create, curate, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Analyze engagement metrics and continuously improve channel performance.
- Manage influencer partnerships: from outreach and negotiation to content tracking and ROI analysis.
Content Management
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage website and landing page updates.
- Update pages as needed within our homegrown CMS.
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all content.
- Coordinate blog and SEO content calendars.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media accounts.
- Experience running influencer campaigns or ambassador programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality marketing.
- Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML & CSS (for landing page updates and troubleshooting).
