Digital Marketing Manager

Salary Range

PHP 60,000 – PHP 80,000 per month (PH-based, remote)

Overview

We're seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead all online marketing efforts for our diamond and jewelry company. This role owns paid, organic, and analytical performance across all digital channels — from Meta and Google to YouTube and emerging AI-driven search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, SEO).
  • Use data analytics to guide spend, creative, and messaging decisions for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee brand consistency and performance across all digital platforms.
  • Lead experimentation with new tools and AI integrations to stay ahead of marketing trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive results.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing both paid and organic digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Comfortable interpreting key metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality) to drive decisions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Measure of Success

  • Increased qualified leads and conversions from digital campaigns.
  • Positive ROAS and measurable revenue growth from paid channels.
  • Strong SEO performance and organic visibility improvements. Consistent, on-brand digital presence across all channels.
  • Adoption of innovative AI or automation tools that improve campaign results.
