About the role

This is a full-time, non-voice* sales account role at AUXILIA INC'S customer service call centre in San Nicolas Central Cebu City, Cebu. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through digital channels. A signing bonus of 20,000 is on offer for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers via digital channels such as chat, email and social media to provide excellent customer service
  2. Identifying sales opportunities and proactively suggesting relevant products and services to customers
  3. Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective customer engagement
  4. Accurately logging customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
  5. Collaborating with the wider customer service team to share best practices and continuously improve processes
  6. Providing feedback to management on customer pain points and opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call centre or digital environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer queries effectively
  4. Good commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
  5. Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication tools
  6. Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
