About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and offer additional products or services
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our healthcare services and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
