Job Description:

We are looking for a Bilingual Accounting Specialist who is fluent in German to join our finance team. The role involves handling accounting operations, financial reporting, and supporting German-speaking clients and stakeholders. This position requires both accounting expertise and language proficiency to ensure accurate communication and efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare reconciliations, financial reports, and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
  • Communicate with German-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders to address billing, payments, and account-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Support audits, provide financial documentation, and assist in improving accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate reporting and financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Filipino citizen, currently residing in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Work experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
