T30 Capital ("T30") is seeking an Associate - Finance to assist with the management of the finance, accounting and loan servicing functions of a real estate investment management and operating business. T30 invests in, develops and lends to a variety of asset types along the East Coast.

Description:

A vertically integrated real estate investment company located in Manhattan is searching for an Associate - Finance. The role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and oversight of various funds, investments, and management level entities.

Responsibilities:

· Direct and oversee daily finance accounting functions including banking and cash management firm-wide.

· Assist in managing relationships with external fund administrators, external auditors and internal teams to meet all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.

· Assist with fund audit and tax process including fund accounting process, and coordinate with external administrator on reporting, taxes and audit.

· Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual reporting requirements to investors.

· Maintain organizational accounting policies and procedures including for asset valuations

· Assist with debt loan servicing including loan level books and records.

· Assist with borrower requisition process on the debt and equity side.

· Prepare/maintain cash flow projects and daily cash management including any LP activity (ie: capital calls/subscription and distributions).

· Assist with management company level finance functions including:

o Management company budgeting

o Treasury

o Payroll

o Marketing materials

Experience Required:

· CPA or equivalent.

· Excellent academic credentials from a university with high standings.

· At least 5 years of total work experience preferred with 3 years of experience in real estate investment management or an accounting firm.

Pay: From Php150,000.00 per month
