We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to international clients by efficiently resolving their inquiries and issues in both Spanish and English. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work under pressure, multi-task, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both Spanish and English.
  • Assist customers with account issues, product questions, or other concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in documenting customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal communication skills).
  • Excellent comprehension skills and ability to understand and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a BPO setting, specifically handling international voiced customer service campaigns.
  • Experience working with CRM software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Must have own PC/laptop, noise-canceling headset, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Must have a quiet and conducive work environment to perform the role effectively.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible to work in different time zones, particularly US shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
