
Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the business to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. This role plays a key part in implementing operational policies, managing processes, optimizing productivity, and aligning operations with the company's strategic goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains the ServiceMaster Quality Standard through implementation of ServiceMaster Program requirements for the facility.
- Manages the programs of activities of facility supervisors, Account Executive, Officers and personnel to ensure consistent quality standard of services.
- Visits key accounts and conducts Quality Performance Evaluation.
- Presides weekly Operation Meeting and submit report to the President on the progress of operations of the different facilities.
- Evaluates and reviews service contracts annually in preparation for the contract renewal of facilities
- Oversees the start-ups and set- up operations of the new facility.
- Reviews facility survey and assist in costing estimate including number of personnel, equipment, chemicals, tools and supplies for a prospective facility.
- Implements company policies and work rules and regulations of the company.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in improving operational systems and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
