Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparation of the liquidation report and reimbursement process.
· Submit mobilization/demobilization report.
· Preparation of the fund request and ensure that the request should be submitted in a timely manner.
· Daily reporting and updating of operational challenges and concerns to the President.
· Make a schedule of activities for the operations team at the office.
· Submit equipment report every afternoon to the President.
· Disseminate to the site through it's Site Supervisor all necessary information and directives especially memorandum issued by the HR Department and or the Management.
· Verifies DTR entries from the site in coordination with the Site Supervisor for accuracy and completeness for immediate submission to the HR Department during cut off timeline.
· Check/ Monitor daily task of operation personnel.
· Perform other task as directed by the management form time to time.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction, engineering or field operations industries
Ability to communicate clearly with Site Supervisor and management team.
Excellent written communication skills for report writing.
