About the role

As an Operation Manager at DCD Foods Franchising OPC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our franchise locations in Angeles City, Pampanga. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our franchises, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of branch staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
  2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance
  3. Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste
  4. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  5. Liaise with franchisees to address operational issues, provide support, and ensure compliance with company standards
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events
  7. Oversee the training and development of franchise staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the food and beverage or retail industry
  2. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and maximizing the performance of franchise or multi-unit operations
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with franchisees, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders
  5. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis
  6. Familiarity with franchise business models and industry best practices
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
