About the role

DCD Foods Franchising OPC' is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our expanding food franchise in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective running of our franchise locations, driving continuous improvement and supporting our growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all operational activities across our franchise locations, including inventory management, logistics, quality control and customer service
  2. Develop and implement robust processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  3. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  4. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align operational plans with broader business objectives
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory standards
  7. Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes for the franchise

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive operational improvements
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  5. Familiarity with operational best practices, including inventory management, supply chain optimization and quality assurance
  6. Proficient in using various enterprise software and data analysis tools
  7. Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field
