About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team at DCD Foods Franchising OPC' in Pulung Maragul, Angeles City, Pampanga. As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch area, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our products and services. This full-time role is an integral part of our area branch business and will play a key strategic role in driving the company's growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple branch, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the business meets its objectives
  5. Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  6. Provide training and development support to retail staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar Operation Manager or Management role, preferably within the foods or franchising
  2. Understanding of franchise operations, brand standards, and multi-unit management preferred
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-site operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
  5. Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  6. Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and performance reporting
  7. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and point-of-sale (POS) software
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  9. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
