The ideal candidate will have proven success in account management or business development, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a customer-first approach and analytical mindset. The role requires both independent initiative and team collaboration. Experience in the logistics industry is a plus but not mandatory.
