We are looking for a highly organized and reliable HR and Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role will provide essential support in various areas of Human Resources and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Facilitate employee training and orientation
- Manage timekeeping, government benefits, and leave monitoring
- Ensure submission of DOLE and regulatory compliance
- Support employee relations and disciplinary documentation
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events
- Perform administrative tasks including office supply management and petty cash handling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
- At least 1 year of experience in HR and/or Admin work
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
