Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager at RFC located in Mandaluyong.

The FP&A Manager is responsible for providing financial insights, planning, and decision support to senior management. This role manages the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The FP&A Manager acts as a key business partner across departments to drive financial discipline, optimize resource allocation, and improve profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
